Carex tompkinsii

Tompkins’s Sedge (Carex tompkinsii) is a rare native grass that grows in Central and Northern California, primarily in the Sierra Nevada Foothills and High Sierra Nevada regions. It tends to grow in open places, at elevations from 3900-5900 feet.
