Oxytenia, common name copperweed, is a genus of plants in the sunflower family. There is only one known species, Oxytenia acerosa, native to the southwestern United States: California (Inyo Co), Nevada (Nye Co), Utah, western Colorado, Arizona, northwestern New Mexico.
