Galium andrewsii ssp. gatense

Serpentine Bedstraw (Galium andrewsii ssp. gatense) is a rare native perennial herb that grows in Southern and Central California, primarily in the SF Bay, the South Coast Range and South Coast regions. It tends to grow in dry slopes and ridges and open places, at elevations from 700-8500 feet.
