It is native to northwestern Mexico and southwestern United States: Sonora, Chihuahua, Arizona, New Mexico, western Texas, southwestern Utah (Washington Co. ), southern Nevada (Clark + Lincoln Cos. ) and southeastern California (San Bernardino County)
