California Gilia (Gilia achilleifolia ssp. achilleifolia) is a native annual herb that grows in Southern and Central California, primarily in the SF Bay, the South Coast Range and South Coast regions. It tends to grow in grassy places in sandy or rocky soil, at elevations from 200-3900 feet.
