Lupinus albifrons var. collinus is one of four varieties of Silver Bush Lupine. Var. collinus grows in northern and central California in the Coast Ranges, Klamath Mountains, and foothills of the northern Sierras. It tends to grow in open and sand or rocks, at elevations from 0-6600 feet.
